AIM :

 The main aim of this project is the construction new

materials are used in day today life is secure & safe from
future problems or conditions.
 To improve facilities in the construction to use new
modern materials.
 In future people get importance what materials were use
this construction.
 The waste materials should be use as a modern
construction it is economical , low cost.
OBJECTIVE :

 The modern construction materials makes the building

construction durable & energy efficient.
 It saves cost & time.
 Increases the strength & nature of the structure.
 Another innovation that is prevailing in the construction
industry is the use of bioplastics furniture.
 That is made out of waste materials such as wood chips ,
gypsum & oat branches with a fungus.
METHODOLOGY :

 To create the list of all traditional construction materials

which needs to be enhanced.
 Choose alternative modern materials for the same
traditional materials.
 How the modern materials can be more workable.
 To highlight the more modern materials which should be
used.
SCOPE OF PROJECT :

 The working environment is safe at the off-site production

of the building components.
 The construction is faster over labor costs.
 There are fewer design errors.
 The quality is better in the manufacturing of the
construction components.
