* Varied and Comprehensive Experience: Exposure to various aspects of
commercial legal practice during the internship at Dentons Link Legal.
* Wide Range of Legal Services: The firm provides legal services to clients
in various sectors, including Gen Corp and Capital markets which I did.
* Diverse Tasks: Engaged in diverse tasks, including ensuring compliance,
proofreading, due diligence, and legal research..
* Document Drafting: Actively involved in drafting legal documents,
downloading and effective documentation.
* Staying updated: Had to prepare comprehensive lists of updated
regulations on SEBI, and related sectors.

*TASK ASSIGNED IN WEEK 1:
During my inaugural week at Dentons Link Legal, I focused on foundational tasks. I
extensively reviewed Share Subscription and Shareholders' Agreements, preparing for
proofreading tasks. I also delved into SEBI's regulatory framework for corporate
transactions and conducted thorough research on the Companies Act to stay updated on
legal developments.

*TASK ASSIGNED IN WEEK 2:


During the second week at the firm, I compiled updated SEBI regulations, documented
amendments to regulatory frameworks, researched Family Offices, proofread a
timesheet for Dentons Paris Office, prepared a document on REITs and InvITs
amendments, and conducted research on DPIA permissions for increased authorized
capital, including relevant case laws.
* TASK ASSIGNED IN WEEK 3:
My responsibilities included compiling amendments related to InvITs and REITs,
researching the evolution of Family Offices in India, investigating registration and
stamp duty requirements for license agreements, delving into electricity laws for
grid curtailment costs, conducting due diligence on various company sites,
obtaining policies and documents for organizations, and summarizing procedures
under the Companies Act, 2013.

* TASK ASSIGNED IN WEEK 4:


During the fourth week of my internship, I conducted a CIBIL search for suit filed
cases, facilitated the retrieval of crucial credit information and legal documents,
researched modification, creation, and satisfaction of charges, verified charge details
for a Private Limited company, conducted due diligence on charge documents,
transcribed audio recordings for an investigation, prepared notes on the listing
process on the social stock exchange, stayed updated on SEBI circular amendments,
and proofread an enquiry report.

WEEK 2:

* Compiled exhaustive list of latest SEBI regulations, ensuring comprehensive


coverage.
* Curated document outlining amendments across multiple regulatory frameworks
since August 2023.
* Conducted research on historical origins and evolution of Family Offices,
producing informative article.
* Meticulously proofread time-sheet entries for Dentons Paris Office work.
* Prepared detailed document on amendments related to REITs and InvITs.
* Conducted rigorous research on necessity of DPIA permissions for increase in
authorized capital, including analysis of relevant case law.
*WEEK 3:
* Compiled important amendments to InvITs and REITs to ensure firm's regulatory
awareness.
* Researched Evolution of Family Offices in India to understand historical
development and regulatory frameworks.
* Investigated Mandatory Registration of License Agreement under the Registration

*CONCLUSION
My internship at Dentons Link Legal was a transformative experience that
deepened my understanding of the legal profession and honed my practical skills.
Over the course of a month, I had the privilege of working with a team of
exceptional legal professionals who guided and mentored me across various
aspects of the legal field. I gained hands-on experience in areas like legal research,
writing, analysis, and drafting, and I learned the importance of professionalism,
including client confidentiality and ethical conduct. Juggling multiple tasks
simultaneously taught me effective time management and organization, while
sitting with the associates provided me with valuable insights into the judicial
process and advocacy skills. Moreover, the exposure to a wide range of legal areas
expanded my horizons and helped me identify potential areas of interest for my
future career. The mentorship from the associates was instrumental in my
professional growth, and I left the firm with a sense of accomplishment and
readiness for the journey ahead in my legal career.
