 COMPANY PROFILE
MANUFACTURING PRODUCTS
UNDERSTAND THE BASIC OF
PLC
Define PLC:-
A PLC is a digital operating electronics Apparatus which uses programmable
memory for internal storage of instructions for implementing specific
function such as logic, searching, timing, counting and arithmetic to control
through along or digital input /output modules various types of machines or
process .

INTRODUCTION TO CNC MACHINE
DEFINE NC AND CNC :-
• Numerical Control (NC) Is a method of automatically operating a
manufacturing machine based on a code letters, numbers and special
characters.
• The numerical data required to produce a part is provided to a
machine in the form of program ,called part program or CNC
(COMPUTER NUMERICAL CONTROL )
• The program Is translated into the appropriate electrical signals for
input to motor that run the machine.
• A CNC machine Is an numerical control machine with the added
feature of an on board computer. The computer I referrd to as the
machine control unit (MCU)
HISTORY
In1775,Johan Wilkerson–cannon boring Machin (lathe).

In1881,Eli Whitney-milling machine.

In1947,john parsons began experimenting for using 3-axis curvature data to control the

machine tool motion for the production for aircraft component.

In1949,Parsons –first NC machine.

In1951,MIT Involved in the project.

In1955,after refinements NC became available in industry

Today, modern machinery are CNC milling machines and latches.

CNC SYSTEM
ELEMENTS
A typical CNC system consists of the following six
elements

• Part program
• Program input device
• Machine control unit
• Drive system
• Machine tool
• Feedback system
PROGRAMMING
METHODS
• Computer Aided machining( CAM) system
• Computer Aided Design ( CAD) system

• CAD/CAM systems allow for rapid development

and modifying and documentation.
• The 3D geometric models produced becomes a
common element for engineering analysis
(FFA),machining process planning (including CNC
part programming,documentation (including
engineering drawings),quality control,and so on.

 MACHINE MAINTENANCE
Regular Maintenance :- Regular inspection and cleaning of machine part .
• Clean the Machine
• Lubricate Moving Part
• Check Fluid Level
• Inspect Tool

Weekly Maintenance
• Inspect Filters
• Test Safety Features
• Check Belts and Chains

Monthly Maintenance
• Inspect Electrical Components
• Calibrate Machine
• Check Coolant System
My experience during the training period

learned about PLC Programming and how to use CNC
machine.I also understood the manufacturing process and the
importance of good relationships with employees.working
together as a team to complete tasks was emphasized. The
company maintains proper discipline and safety.I also learned
how to manage work effectively. My experience with Sudisa
Company was very good, and I learned something new every
day .
CONCLUION
My training at Sudisa Company was incredibly valuable. It
provided me with practical knowledge about CNC Machines
and manufacturing processes,as well insights into effective
teamwork and work management.
The emphasis on discipline and safety further enhance my
learning experience.Overall,my time at Sudisa Company was
very rewarding, and I am very grateful for the opportunity to
