 Maybe… a Quill Pen( 羽毛笔 )?

Many people believe that a quill should be like this

real quill pens

 In fact, Dip Pens( 蘸水笔 )
are the most widely used ones in penmanship.

A dip pen usually consists of

a nib( 笔尖 ) and a pen-holder( 笔杆 ).
