 OBJECTIVES OF THE YATRA

Showcase the Dissemination of

achievements of past 9 Provide on-spot information & generate
years of the various services by awareness about new
schemes implemented various Ministries/ schemes, innovations &
by Government of India Departments technologies

spot services covering 765 districts,
2.70 lakh Gram Panchayats in Rural
Duration: 60-days long Yatra

 FLOW OF THE YATRA

The Vans (Raths) for the Yatra will be provided by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and
would include the following:

Rath will be GPS enabled, equipped with LED display, Public Address System and pre-loaded
1 Audio visual content showcasing major scheme highlights and achievements of all
departments related to the welfare of rural population.

Branding will be done with the banners on the Rath on major scheme highlights and
2 achievements.

3 Display of latest technologies and innovations of various Ministries/ Departments, etc

Special schedule is prepared for North-Eastern region, Hilly regions and Election bound states/UTs
The timing of the morning event at GP will be 2-2.5 hours and afternoon/ evening event at GP will be 3 hours. The Rath’s visit time can be decided based on
factors like winter temperatures, early sunset, etc.

A QR code will be placed in Rath Yatra which will support

Mitras to support TB patients.

Encourage volunteers to register themselves as Ni-kshay Mitra to contribute to the

2 initiative. Felicitation of Nikshay Mitras during the event. Inform Pending
beneficiaries for bank account seeding and consent for PMTBMBA
