Situations and tasks ：
2018At the beginning of the year, due to the business development needs of Bangladesh and the stimulation of relevant local policies,
the company decided to build its own mobile phone assembly factory in Bangladesh, and I was transferred to the Bangladesh Regional
Department to be responsible for the preparation of the Bangladesh self-owned factory construction project.

My actions ：
1. According to the factory planning, complete the list of materials and equipment requirements for construction and apply for
procurement, track the procurement of materials and equipment and arrange packaging and delivery;
2. Confirm the factory decoration plan, find the local decoration company of the corresponding module, after the quotation is
confirmed, start to formulate the contract and complete the signing, decorate according to the time node, track its progress and carry
out acceptance. ÃϼÓÀ­×Ô½¨
3. Prepare the corresponding materials and assist local colleagues to start customs clearance of materials ¹¤³§ÏîÄ¿½ø¶È¹Ü
and equipment;
4. Complete the decoration of the factory, the erection of the cable, the installation and commissioning of production equipment, and
the commissioning and operation of production auxiliary systems;
5. According to the requirements of local government policies, collect and prepare materials, and assist local colleagues to obtain
the corresponding qualifications of the factory;
6. Study the local government's policy requirements for the import of SKD materials, and sort out the standardized process of
packaging and shipping SKD materials in Bangladesh;
7. According to the organizational structure and salary framework of the factory, recruit and interview the grassroots management
personnel of the factory, and organize the training of relevant knowledge of mobile phone manufacturing business.
Make it basically reach the level of job requirements, so that the factory can be put into production smoothly as scheduled;
8. Lead the establishment and sorting of process system documents of various departments of the factory, and supervise the
implementation;
Business Results:
1. Bangladesh's self-owned assembly plant was successfully put into trial production and put into use according to the project
planning time, which provided a strong competitive advantage for the development of Bangladesh's region;
2. At present, the Bangladesh factory has an annual production capacity of 600W units, operating at full capacity, and is expected to
save nearly 150 million yuan in taxes and fees every year;

At the end of February 2019, due to the lack of relevant documents and procedures for the disposal of waste materials by the
corresponding government departments in Bangladesh for mobile phone manufacturing plants, the waste materials reported by the
factories could not be processed and occupied the effective space of the factories.
My actions:
1. Collect India's policies and operating procedures for the electronic waste treatment of factories, and make a preliminary
electronic waste treatment process according to the actual situation in Bangladesh;
2. Visit the local tax NBR department, BTRC department and VAT department, and communicate with their relevant personnel to discuss
the preliminary electronic waste material treatment process, put forward the factory's needs for electronic waste material
treatment, explain the feasibility and interests of the process operation, and obtain the recognition of government departments;
3. Through communication and discussion with relevant personnel of BTRC department, NBR department and VAT department, the treatment
process of Bangladesh electronic waste materials was finally improved;
