Mrs Pranita Gole read out the minutes of previous meeting held on 26/12/2022
and it has been accepted by the committee unanimously.
Agenda No: - 02-Discussion on and approval of admission position 2023-24

Discussion: - Mrs Pranita Gole presented the total strength of students enrolled for A.Y 2023-24

Resolution: -The committee unanimously approved admission restrictions for the academic
year, 2024-25. It was advice to maintain only two divisions per standard from nursery to
standard X, with a maximum student strength of 60 per division. Additionally, for junior
college, the maximum student strength per class should be 80, and no extra admissions should
be granted without permission.

Agenda No: - 05- Discussion on and acceptance of SSC and HSC results of examination March 2023.

Discussion: - Mrs Pranita Gole presented the SSC and HSC Board result which was for the
year 2022-23. The total number of students appeared for HSC were 89 and passed 89, 159
students were appeared for the SSC exam out of them 153 students were passed .
Resolution:- The panel's suggested to offer extra classes for Std XII students and it is aimed
for improving their academic performance and ensuring better results.

Implementation:- Head Mistress Pranita Gole took proactive steps to support the students by
arranging extra classes for both HSC and SSC exams in the month of April for the academic
