CLINICAL EVALUATION
In contemporary dentistry emphasis is placed on conservative
management. The conservative management for patients with
reduced vertical tooth height includes:
1. Dietary counselling,
2. Fluoride application,
3. Exclusion of dietary disorders,
4. Controlling parafunctional habits and
5. Management of gastro-oesophageal reflux disorder.
EXTRAORAL CONSIDERATIONS
