Bishnupur

Winter Project
The Trip

• Day 1: Itwas the day we arrived upon seeing the hotel my


expectations were met. The hotel was just like I expected. We
were served welcome drinks when we entered.We had lunch then
we collected our room keys. In our room there were 9 people.
there was another small room attached to the main room. The
main room had 4 single bed and there was a master bed in the
small room.We didn’t go anywhere this day at afternoon we had
snacks and played overall there was enough space for people to
play.On the first day other people had broken 3 glass water
bottles.After the snack time was over sir warned us about
issuses.Then we went back to our room played board games and at 9
they called us for dinner everyone sat together an had lunch
Day 2 Best Day

• We had many activities today


We went to Lalji, Radha Shyam, Shyam Rai, Rashmancha, Jor Bangla Temples.
We had bought many terracotta models and souvenirs. We travelled temples
to temples in a mini van with 6 people each van. We even told the driver
to play songs.
Even though we were 30 minutes late for lunch the food wad fresh. After
everyone had lunch we changed and passed some time in the room at 4 we
went to Gangani the Grand Canyon of West Bengal. We hiked a lot and I was
the most scared but the hike was worth for the photos. We returned back to
the hotel we had snacks music and dance. Almost everyone danced it was
extremely fun. Then we had dinner everyone was tired so we went back to
our rooms and slept quickly.
Day 3 Final Day
It was the final day we had to wake up early. Everyone woke up then we
had breakfast we were headed towards the artisan village. We were
taken to the houses were the artisans made the terracotta models.It
was fascinating to see them work and to learn how the models are burnt
and turned in terracotta models.We even asked them the duration of the
burning and temperature of the oven.At last we headed back to the
hotel and had lunch everyone was sad and disappointed that this trip
was coming to an end. After having lunch we boarded our buses and
headed back to Kolkata. We played music and danced we had a lot of
fun in the bus.After 6 six hours of journey and only three bathroom
brakes later we reached Kolkata.
