DPS SANTOSH NAGAR SCHOOL BUILDING Part-1: RO Plant is ready to use.
Portable washroom cabins fixed at Terrace for
students.
Part-2 & 3 : First Floor Slab shuttering and
reinforcement in progress and backfilling in Progress
behind Retaining wall.
Part-2 and 3 Temporary gates fixed.

Risks & Opportunities: Need help/Next steps

• Running late due to 6:00AM to 6PM Work permitted by
Colony Association.
1.In time material Supply and PO’s
2.Vendor Payments are delayed and deducting
the bill amount.(reason not known).Even after
finalizing the P.O./Work order
3.Request you to help in take the permission from
Colony Association for extra work time.(We
already Spoke to Association Members they
denied to give Permission)
