 7093 - TTPS Stage-IV (1 X 525 MW TPP), Tuticorin - IMD

Monthly Highlights :

 BOP IMD :- Scheduled Preventive Maintenance Completion is 100% for BOP areas.

 BOP IMD :- All UPS AMC carried out.

 BOP IMD :- AAQMS AMC carried out.

ORT 2
 7093 - TTPS Stage-IV (1 X 525 MW TPP), Tuticorin - IMD

Major Jobs Carried Out :

 WTP IMD:- CPU Silica and Sodium analyzer commissioned and hooked upto plc.

 CHP IMD:- Stacker manual rail clamp errection completed and taken in line.

 WTP IMD:- SWIP 2 faulty sump level transmitter replaced with new and errection modification and canopy protection done to prevent water ingress.

 CHP IMD:- Weighbridge cross verification and inspection / calibration if required done in presence of OEM engineer.

 AHP IMD:- Vertiv UPS AMC completed.

 AHP IMD:- MRHS -1 and CAC-06 compressors controllers faulty. Replaced with new controllers and programmed the same.
