Final Presentation Details


Grading Criteria
Students will be graded on:

1) Quality of your presentations


2) Depth of knowledge about your business and the business landscape
3) Execution capability of your team
4) Reflection and learning using iterative methodology
Presentation Guidelines
Content
a. Why and framework/criteria on how you selected the business idea
b. Value Proposition statement and how it has evolved/changed from MVP 1 to now
c. Business model canvas and how it has evolved/changed through the MVPs
• Decisions that you made supported with data from experiments
d. MVP 1, 2, 3 and more: Hypothesis statement, metrics, execution plan, revenues, reflection/learning
• Show, don’t tell! Show your product, sales, customers, partners, etc.
e. Roadmap for next 6 - 12 months
f. Business Landscape:
• Analysis of key players operating in the business space
• Niche / differentiation that your business will create
• Why you will win?
Presentation Guidelines
Presentations
• Clarity in thought and communication/delivery/pitch
• Slides should have minimum words, more visuals
• Speak to the audience and share your experience (not read from slides)
• Flawless handoff among team members (if more than one person will be
pitching)
• Practice! Practice! Practice!
• Finish within time allocated (7 minutes)
• Test your slide deck beforehand
• Be ready for questions (and supportive slides to share data/facts)
