Opportunities
• If reducing its current fees & charges and positioning
attractively , so DBBL can attract more corporate client

• By offering more attractive interest rates, and lowering the


minimum balances eligible for interest, the bank can attract a
lot of the old customers
Recommendation
• As most of the respondents have identifies that, to provide a
particular service is consuming more time, which is not expected
on modern Banking system. So we should like to recommend
that DBBL bank Ltd.They should more and more promote to
provide qualitative services for their present and future
customers of their Banks'.
Conclusion
• Most of the individual customers' attitude is constructive
toward the services of DBBL bank Limited. • On the other hand
most of the customers are completely satisfied on the services of
this Bank. Customers mention that although interest rate of
DBBL bank Limited is not higher than other banks but different
changes and commissions are less then others Banks.
Weaknesses
• Low deposit rate and minimum balances are too high.
• Non functioning ATM machines, delay for providing
cards.
• Poor coordination & communication between Head
offices and branches
