The Enviroment
The environment is the set of natural
elements that surround living beings,
including chemical, physical and
biological factors. These elements
interact with each other and with
living beings, creating an ecosystem
in which they all coexist. Although
the environment may also include
man-made elements, its essence lies
in the natural aspects that sustain life
on Earth. Therefore, it is crucial to
take care of and preserve our
environment in order to maintain the
balance of the environment.
 Why is important take care of the
environment?
• It is important to take care of the environment as it is a main source of
resources for human beings, as well as being our home and that of
other species which, like the environment itself, are also in danger of
extinction
