REVENUE MODEL

2. Subscription Model

 Revenue model for Direct Purchase -


 There will be a 30% mark up on the price of the product.
 50% of the price of the product will be collected as the security deposit which will be refunded 2 days after the product is received
in its original condition.
 We have avoided the hustle and bustle of opening our own fulfilment centre to save time and help in cost cutting and left it for the
fashion house to provide the service.
 Upon return, the inspection has to be done by the fashion house to ensure the condition of the product is optimal and thus we do
not have to invest our time and money on this, resulting into larger profits.
 The renting period will be 7 days.
 If the customer delays in returning the product, charges will be deducted accordingly from the security deposit collected
beforehand.

REVENUE MODEL

 Subscription Model –
 Subscription fee for 6 months will be rupees 12000/-.
 The annual subscription fee will be Rupees 20,000/- through which the subcribers will avail a discount of 10%
on the product.
 More focus will be made to maximize customers who buy subscription. A brief study about competitors revealed
that only 20% customers on online fashion rentals are subscribed to them and others were those who made
purchase directly/once.
 To increase customer base for subscription model, additional benefits will be provided to subscribed customers
who refer and successfully attract more customers on the website. For example, extended renting window.
 The designers displaying their products on our website will not be charged with any extra commission

THE FUTURE PLANS

 We are working to expand our services to 15 more cities by 2026 and 25 more till the end of 2030
 We plan to cater the economic working class as well ,by introducing new upcoming designers on our website
who will rent their products at a affordable price.
 We also plan to associate with few international designers to cater the international market to expand our
presence
 Once we achieve enough traction online , we will invest in traditional market – banners, TV Advertisements,
