Subscription Model –
Subscription fee for 6 months will be rupees 12000/-.
The annual subscription fee will be Rupees 20,000/- through which the subcribers will avail a discount of 10%
on the product.
More focus will be made to maximize customers who buy subscription. A brief study about competitors revealed
that only 20% customers on online fashion rentals are subscribed to them and others were those who made
purchase directly/once.
To increase customer base for subscription model, additional benefits will be provided to subscribed customers
who refer and successfully attract more customers on the website. For example, extended renting window.
