5. Present Tenses

Examples:

EXAMPLES:
-We don´t study Mathematics -He doesn´t do his homework
-They don´t like pop music - She doesn´t learn Chinese
-I don´t go out at nigth - It doesn´t go to the airport

Usually 85% Hardly ever 20%

Examples:
- I always get up early
- He usually goes to school by bus
- We sometimes eat in a restaurant
- They never have lunch

Habits
Routines
Things that are always true or true in general
States
Permanent actions or situations
WRITE SENTENCES FROM THESE WORDS.
PUT THE VERB IN THE RIGHT FORM (arrive or
arrives, etc)
Examples:
- I am working
- She is wearing a hat
- They are playing football
COMPLETE THE SENTENCES.
Use one of these verbs.
OPEN QUESTIONS:
- Where are you going?
-How is she feeling?
-Why are you studying English?
-What am I doing here?
EXAMPLES:
-We aren´t studying Mathematics

Examples:
In Questions = ALREADY
A: Have Diane and Paul arrived yet? B:No, not yet. We´re still waiting for them.

LOOK AT THE PICTURE: What has happened?

3. It expresses an action or state which began in the past and continues in the present.
I´ve known Alex for six years
How long have you worked as a teacher? Peter has been a teacher for ten years
