OBJECTIVE:
• This project aims to build a rapid recruitment System that will facilitate the
interaction between college students, the placement cell of the college and the
recruiting companies.
ABSTRACT:
• The existing system is for the placement cell to send out mass e – mails or
through the presence of posters at a central location.
• This system requires that a student constantly peruses their e – mail of the
posters to remain informed about the placement process.
• Every company that appears for recruitment will demand student credentials
and the lack of a computerised system for the same means that students will
have to make many copies for each company they interview for.
PROPOSED SYSTEM:
• In the proposed system students need not worry about innumerable copies of
each certificate, instead the system will enable a greener and less paper
intensive approach to placements.
• Companies will be able to access student credentials online and these can be
shared to managers located elsewhere before a final decision is taken.
• The possibility for student research into the company will give students an
avenue to impress the company even before the interview and it will help many
more students to understand the company they are interviewing for.
• The automated system will be able to produce graphs on trend and statistics on
demand for use by the placement cell.

the role, thus diluting the quality of your talent.

them.
• Poor communication between students and placement officer, so here suggesting about new placements is a
hard task.
• Students may not know about company details.
CONCLUSION:
• Departmental website will helpful for all the students in college for getting the
information about placements.
• Students in college are also able to know all the upcoming events take place in
college.
• They can easily register their names by login
