PEMBAHASAN
Penelitian ini merupakan modifikasi alat yang digunakan
dalam pengolahan sumber daya alam menjadi bahan
pangan yang siap saji dan memiliki harga jual tinggi. Dimana
alat ini dibuat dengan perpaduan fungsi dari
pemanas/kompor, wajan serta pengaduk otomatis dengan
sistem poros. Keefektifan alat ini sendiri diuji coba dengan
menggunakan metode kuantiatif atau pengambilan data
secara langsung pada alat mulai dari kecepatan putar
pengaduk, banyak muatan yang dapat ditampung dalam
satu kali pengolahan serta daya listrik yang digunakan.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan hasil massa poros 3
Kg, massa pengaduk 1,5 Kg, jari-jari poros 0,025 m, jari-jari
pengaduk 0,29 m, berat alat 150 Kg, daya 150 Watt, dan
putaran 90 rpm.

KESIMPULAN
Berdasarkan data hasil pengamatan dapat disimpulkan bahwa alat pengaduk otomatis ini cukup
effisien untuk diterapkan pada industri pengolahan pangan dimana alat pengaduk ini mampu
mengaduk dan memanaskan bahan pangan secara otomatis. Semakin tinggi tingkat
kelengketan/kekentalan bahan pangan maka akan semakin pelan pula pengaduk tersebut akan
berputar. Alat pengaduk ini hanya mampu menanmpung sebanyak 10 Kg bahan pangan dengan
daya 150 watt atau setara 90 rpm. Alat pengaduk otomatis ini layak untuk diperjualbelikan
dilingkungan masyarakat dengan harga terjangkau
SARAN
Saran bagi peneliti mendatang yang ingin mengembengkan akan ini lebih lanjut lagi untuk
meningkatkan daya pada dinamo agar putaran yang dihasilkan oleh alat pengaduk otomatis ini
lebih besar. Selain kami menyarankan untuk membuat aneka bilah pengaduk agar bisa
menyesuaikan kebutuhan dan keperluan dalam pengolahan aneka jenis bahan pangan.
