Company
This is Mr. Thomas
Mr. Thomas is Hardworking,
Creative, Highly skilled person.
His team members are really satisfied of his work as he
leads his team effectively and efficiently. He follows the
rule of the organization as well as he is flexible in his
work
This is Mr. Jason
Mr. Jason is the nephew of
Mr. Elbert
Mr. Jason is a rude personality. He is not flexible in his work .
His team is exhausted with his behavior. He always used his
C.E.O’s nephew power to threatened the people working with
him
Mr. Elbert always hide mistakes of his nephew
Now there is a vacancy free in marketing
department in the company
The company held a meeting for hiring someone at this job
and finally suggested two names for this job one is Mr. Jason
and second is Mr. Thomas.
The rest of the decision was left for the C.E.O of the
company
He was also advised to consult the HR manager in
this Matter
A rumor spread across the office that Mr. Elbert
will definitely make his nephew the next
marketing manager .
 The HR manager and C.E.O met
The C.E.O forced the HR manager to give Mr. Jason
this job
But HR manager was one of the opinion that Mr.
Thomas is more eligible for this job than Mr. Jason.
