Solution/Value Proposition

• Describe your company’s value proposition to make the customer’s life


better.
• Outline how the customer addresses the issue today.
• Show how your product/service delivers profitable and superior customer

Prototype/Product

• Showcase your new/modified prototype that you created for your


customer segment.
• Ensure that your prototype is a complete product. You can insert
videos, photos of your prototype.

• Ensure that you have interviewed 15 customers.

Competition Analysis

• Showcase your competition analysis chart.


• List the product benefits that are unique to you and can compel customers
to switch to you from the existing solutions.
