Casual Leave

Casual leave can be taken to meet emergencies or in similar circumstances for


not more than (3) consecutive days at a time subject to a maximum of 10 (ten)
days in a calendar year.

Holiday/weekend between any casual leave will be considered as casual leave


as well.
Sick Leave

Sick leave can be availed up to a maximum of 14 (Fourteen) days in a


calendar year. Sick leave for more than 2 days must be supported
medical certificate.

Sick leave over and above the entitled days will be adjusted from the
Earned leave and then will be leave without pay subject to the
Management discretion. Unused sick leave cannot be carried forward
or encased.
Earned Leave
• An employee is entitled to Earned leave as follows:

 18 days on completion of one year service. Employees joining or leaving the company
during the year, leave entitlement for that year will be calculated on pro-rata basis.
However, in case of resignation/termination the management keeps the right to adjust
with final settlement.

 Per year maximum of 3 (Three) days earned leave may be carried forward to the next
year.
 Employees leaving the company will be eligible for encashment of his pro-rated
unused en-cashable leave of that calendar year.
Maternity Leave

• A permanent female employee is entitled to maternity leave with full pay for a
period of 120 days (maximum twice), i.e. 60 days immediately preceding and 60
days immediately following child birth.

Paternity Leave

• A permanent male employee is entitled to paternity leave with full pay for a
period of 07 (seven) days following child birth (maximum twice).

Lunch will be provided by the Company on working days with subsidiary
