 ‫قدم اول‬

‫داشتن یک رزومه علمی از تمام کار های به انجام رسیده و توانایی ها‬
‫‪:‬فاکتورهای اصلی یک رزومه خوب‬
‫نشان دهنده ی پتانسیل باالی متقاضی ‪1.‬‬
‫جذابیت داشتن رزومه از زوایای مختلف علمی و غیر علمی ‪2.‬‬
‫داشتن حداقل یک یا دو استاد به عنوان رفرنس (به همراه اطالعات ارتباطی آنها ‪3.‬‬
 ‫برای متقاضیان ارشد (در صورتی که هنوز پروژه کارشناسی رونگرفتن)‬
‫برای متقاضیان دکتری(در صورتی که هنوز پروژه ارشد رو نگرفتن)‬
‫در غیر اینصورت (اسالید بعدی)‬
‫مراجعه به سایت دانشگاههای برتر‬
‫پیدا کردن اساتید رشته ی مورد نظر شما‬
‫چک کردن زمینه های تحقیق و مقاالت‬
‫و در نهایت پیدا کردن استادی از دانشگاه خودتون که بتونه تو اون زمینه ها بهتون پروژه معرفی کنه یا حداقل نزدیک به اونها‬
‫( معموال به دلیل وجود بسیاری از محدودیت ها در دانشگاههای ایران)‬
 ‫قدم دوم‪ :‬پیدا کردن استاد نزدیک به کار شما (اکثرا برای دوره دکتری) ‪1‬‬

 ‫قدم سوم‪:‬نوشتن یه ایمیل خوب و ارسال به زمیمه کردن رزومه‬

‫ویژگی ها یه لتر خوب‬

‫جذاب‪ ،‬کوتاه و پر از اطالعات در مورد متقاضی‬
‫استفاده از ایده های دیگران بدون کپی برداری‬
‫مانند کاور لتر‪ ،‬باید سعی کرد که نقص های علمی موجود در رزومه رو با این لتر پوشوند‪ .‬مثال نداشتن مقاله‪ ،‬گپ تحصیلی و‬
‫چیزهای دیگه‬
 A GOOD LETTER
• The subject line needs to be to the point, and it needs to be something like “Prospective Ph.D. student”, “Request for Ph.D.
supervision” or anything similar

• Greetings are also an important part. You want to start with “Dear NAME” or “Dear Prof. NAME”, among others

• The First paragraph has to be an introduction, showing who you are and where you come from. The intro should also have some
info about your experience and qualifications, which is something important to keep in mind

• The second paragraph needs to talk about your work experience, skills and previous research

• The third paragraph is where you share your interests and motivation. Show why you chose this professor or their research group

• Closing paragraph:

• Talking about your background and the parts of each work ( an article or a project) you have
done.
• Your reasons of applying and research interests.
• Your ideas about the future of your research area and (in some universities) your proposal
preparation step.
• In case of acceptance, you must prepare for applying through the university’s website
 REQUIREMENTS

• PLEASE be aware of what is written on the university’s website more than what your friends
say.
• Generally:
1. English certificate (IELTS, Toefl, etc)
2. Your diplomas
3. Your ID, pic, etc
