• The number of free sessions that you can register for is specified in

WA groups
• WA groups are created 1-2 days before the programme for easy
communication
• Members in the WA group from MEHR–

• Coordinators are available from 9:30 AM- 6 PM IST
(Monday – Friday) to resolve the queries and their TAT is 1
working day
• WA group is meant for official communication only
• Please do not send messages to the Sales team members.
You may directly approach the Learning team by sending a
message to the coordinators of the WA groups
• As participants maybe from different timelines, late night /
early morning communication to be avoided
Class Participation
• You are encouraged to keep your video on as this increases the class
attention and participation
• Video recording of previous sessions will be available
• Class picture will be taken on week 1 and shared on the WA group
• Breakout rooms and case studies will be used to make the sessions
interactive and interesting, active participation is desired
Project Submission and Doubt Clarification

• Each week the project corresponding to the module that is covered


will be shared with you
• Towards the end of each class, the faculty member will be discussed
with you

• The workshop is a group learning process. Participants are encourages to
participate in the class activities to get the most out of the workshop.

Mid Workshop Feedback
• During the session, ILT coordinator will share the link of the
Feedback on the Chat box. You are requested to take a moment to fill
in the mid workshop feedback
• The same link will also be shared via WA
WEEK 3
Mid Workshop Feedback
• In case you have not filled the feedback form after the
second session,
– during the third week the ILT coordinator will share
the link of the Feedback again on the Chat box.
WEEK 4
Feedback Video
• At the end of the 4th week session, you will be asked to
share the experience of your learning journey with
MEHR.
• This feedback session will be recorded by the ILT
coordinator
End of Workshop Feedback
• Also during this session, the ILT coordinator will share
the link of the Feedback on the Chat box. You are
encouraged to take a few moments to share the feedback
• The same link will also be shared via WA
Post Certification

* We don’t provide soft copy/scan copy of the certificate.


Post Certification
• You will receive the certificate within 10 working days
upon receiving the final evaluation
• For Mastery participants (i. e. participants who have
opted for 2 or more certifications, all certificates will be
issued as a bundle at the end)
• For technical certification, only e – certificates will be
available which the participants can download from LMS
• In case you have not yet signed up for the technical
classes, please refer to your Welcome Mail and sign up for
it or you may visit our website and sign up by using your
Student ID
Alumni Community Support
• At the end of certification, you will receive an email with
the details to join the alumni community WhatsApp
Group.

• Portal includes:
• 1. Community Events Links – (Once a month by 5th in Announcements
Group): Stay in the loop with MEHR webinar updates and get exclusive
insights into our upcoming events. We plan more than 10 events per month
that help you in career mentoring, understanding career trends in different
areas, preparing the resume and job search. We planned to send you a single
post of all the events once in a month rather than a weekly

• 2. Career Coaching and project support through Zoom – (Zoom links posted
weekly on Saturdays in the Announcements group): Tailored sessions to
provide you with invaluable insights on HR initiatives, project support, job
search tips, career development, resume crafting, and interviewing skills.
Alumni Community Support
• 3. Jobs Posted by Alumni – (As and when alumni post in individual
groups): This will be extremely useful to support the alumni groups.
Explore job opportunities shared by our alumni from their own
companies or other sources.

• 4. Weekly Summary of Job Posts – (Every Thursday in Announcements


Group): A convenient summary of job posts by alumni, compiled by the
community support team to help you stay updated on the latest
opportunities.

• 5. Job source through known recruiters by Middle Earth community


support team: (Every Wednesday in Announcements group)

• 6. Weekly read and learn modules by key MEHR Faculties – (Once a


week on Saturdays/Sundays in relevant groups): Our faculties curate
suggested learnings and insightful posts for easy knowledge sharing.

• 7. Learnings shared by alumni/ Doubts posted by alumni. – (As


and when in relevant groups): Discover and benefit from the
experiences and insights shared by your fellow alumni.

• 8. HR Quiz – (Once a week on Friday in the Announcements


group): Get prizes Engage in fun and educational HR quizzes to
test and enhance your knowledge.

• 9. Middle Earth updates – (Once a week in relevant groups on


Wednesdays): Launch of new programs, Interviews with alumni,
some latest programs done. We would like the community to be
helpful. In the poll given below please click on the areas you
