Students
1. Keep naughty students busy, make them take part in all
activities and never give chances for disturbing the
classroom management.
2. Reward the students when they answer to your
question and do good things.
3. Talk to naughty students lonely and separately and give
free advice. This is better than among the students.
4. Emphasize on their strong points. It is almost rare for a
student to be out of positive points. Some are good at
reading, vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar.

5. Change the places of learners. It assists to reduce the
quantity of the class noise. Usually they sit at the end of
class, because it is a blind place where they think you have
less control on it.
6. Understand learners situations, condition, and behavior.
Do not expect them to behave the same way as a regular
students does. They come from various places, families,
and minds. Your kindness and attention could decrease
their sadness and anger.

1. Do not call students with bad names and words.
2. Do not show your weak point to students as this will
put you in big danger.
3. Do not be more free with students. Otherwise it cause
you to lose your leadership.
4. Never lose patience.
5. Never fight and argue.
6. Never shout in the class. Because it shows your
weakness point.
