HRD, INNOVATIVE AND

INTEGRATIVE THINKING OF
EDUCATION LIFE

PREPARED BY: NORHAINA M. ANDUG

HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT (HRD)

Focuses on the learning and development of adults in the context of their

professional work. Leadership, talent development and lifelong learning are
essential.
INNOVATION IN EDUCATION IMPORTANCE

Education is the primary driver of the economy. Thus, education must

embrace and even strive to adopt innovation as much as possible.
Education can respond to today’s needs through innovative learning,
teaching, guiding, creative courses, and adopting each term.
The sooner education adopts innovative practices, the more
significant its growth because the education system nowadays needs
to be effective and efficient.
TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION IN
EDUCATION

Using the new technology is just a tiny part of today’s innovation in

education. As small as it is, it has its role, and it helps learners and
teachers provide education from anywhere to anywhere in the world.
The globalized world we live in needs technology, and education
needs to embrace it and use it in its interest as much as possible.
Technology in education means making things more accessible,
attainable, and flexible.
DIFFERENT LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
THAT SCHOOLS USE TO ENGAGE STUDENTS
AND TEACHERS

• online learning systems

• virtual studies desks
• virtual assemblies
• social media gatherings
• Professional Learning Communities (PLCs)
INNOVATIVE TEACHING

The most important factor in innovative teaching is the student and

the learning process. Innovative teaching is not about instruction. It is
more about being a facilitator and helping the student develop,
supporting them in the learning process and encouraging them to be
creative, coming up with ways for the student to learn, which will not
cause extra stress.
USE INNOVATIVE TEACHING THROUGH:

• A combination between pedagogy and technology,

• An environment where students can feel free to think and interact,
• A degree of personal involvement in the learning process,
• Replacing the “failure” way of thinking with “mistakes”,
• Giving students the opportunities to be a part of the real-life and take on
challenges,
• Allow creative thinking.

NARRATIVE REPORT

Development of human resources is essential for any organization that

would like to be dynamic and growth-oriented. Embracing innovation in
education promotes critical thinking, a sense of adventure, and an openness
to adapt that will serve our students in the classroom. It will provide them
with the necessary tools to tackle the challenges of their future workplace
and give them the confidence and skills to continue to adapt.
“The value of an idea lies in the use of it.”
