You
have a key role to play
 First Week
Expectations from New Hire • Connect with your buddy on Day 1 (share your number)
• Set up a Zoom call with Buddy and manager (during the time slot provided in induction)
• Build a friendly rapport with your buddy and Manager
Second Week: Settle down
• Gather links & documents, tool & processes - related to work
• Find out and get introduced to the other members of the team, and key stakeholders
• Find out more about your role and responsibilities - have a abut it with your Mgr
• Complete online courses shared during Induction – Explore PepU Degreed for more
Third Week onwards
New Hire • Continue to engage yourself in understanding of the tools, processes and other
Seek help from buddy technical details that are required for the work and delivery in future
and manager, Stay open • Make sure that objectives are set within 30 days
to learning new things, • Have regular 1:1 meeting with your manager
and take charge of your
career. • Have your 1st ‘performance check in’, with your manager by end 60 days
• 2nd ‘performance check in’, before end of 90 days. This marks end of probation
