Communication may be defined as the exchange of information between two
or more people through a medium or a series of mediums aimed at improving
the experience of imparting or receiving information.

There are five types of communication:

Preparation is crucial
Preparation is key when it comes to interviews. Having a positive attitude and
confidence can definitely make a difference in how you're perceived by the
interviewer.

 Interview process -

 The interview process typically begins with the student submitting an


application with their resume and other certifications.
 After reviewing the application, the interviewer might request for an in-
person or online interview.
 During the interview, the interviewer will ask questions to understand the
capability of the candidate.
 Once the interview is completed, the interviewers evaluates the student’s
response and provides feedback.
 This feedback helps the candidates to refine their answers and prepare for
future interviews.

The interview process is an important step and should not be taken lightly. Take
the time to prepare and practice to ensure a successful interview experience.

Tips for interview preparation


 Its important for the candidates to research about the company as interviewers like
candidates who are interested in their organization and not just the job.

 Spend sometime reading about the company website, their social media handles and
understand the company’s mission, vision, values, history of the company, who are the
founders, the management & leadership team, what does the company do, who are its
clients…..

 Review the responsibilities & qualifications mentioned in the job description. Compare
them to your own skills & experiences.

 Additionally, the candidate can make a good impression by highlighting the skills like
accomplishments, technical skills etc., required to manage the tasks.

 Candidates can practice the answers / responses in front of a mirror or with their friends
which helps to be more confident and show up confident during the interview.
