Literature Review
A number of project management (PM) techniques have been developed over a
period of time to plan, monitor and control a project. While it may be possible to
apply these techniques manually to small projects, it becomes increasingly difficult
to do so as project size and complexity increase. Project management is essential
for successful implementation of projects. Due to the complexity of techniques
involved in project management, specialized software systems are required for the
various stages of planning, execution and control. (Alam, 2020).
The essence of time management is to make the most amount of progress toward
the goals with the least amount of effort. A key way to do that is to prioritize the
tasks and projects that people work on individually and collectively as a team. The
goal is to gain general agreement as to which features should take priority over
which other features if all work cannot be completed by the deadline. (Jyothi N S,
2019)
Advantages:
a) The project is easy to implement.
b) It is beneficial to training and cultivating your own IT team. (Feng Jingchun, 2021)
The pace of software products used in many walks of life is increasing every day.
This necessitates the development of software products in new areas, which would
not have been imagined 10 years back. That is why the number of software
projects and volume of work performed in these projects are increasing
tremendously. On average, money spent on IT and software projects has been
increasing on the order of 10% or more annually for the last 30 years worldwide.
(Ahmed, 2016)
Results from various tests show that the success of a project depends not just on
the professional work of everyone involved in the project, but increasingly also on
the framework parameters and the extent to which the project is embedded in the
corporate strategy. Whilst many relevant "surrounding systems" are known and are
described as starting points in this book (such as portfolio management, project

Testing Methodology
System Testing
1. Verify that different modules of System work together as expected.
2. Ensure the system performs well under expected load and stress
conditions.
3. Verify that the system is secure and protects sensitive data from
unauthorized access.
User Acceptance Testing
1. Ensure the system meets the business requirements and is ready for
use by end-users.
2. Ensure the system is user-friendly and intuitive for end-users.
3. Validate that the entire workflow from start to finish works as
intended.
Conclusion
•Efficiency Boost: Streamlines task management and communication,
enhancing
overall productivity.
•Accountability: Clear task assignments and statuses ensure timely
completion
and responsibility.
•User-Friendly: Intuitive interface facilitates easy navigation and quick
adoption.
•Data Security: Implements robust security measures to protect sensitive
information.
