• Onboarding Process & Competence Development
• Organize & Coordinate Work – customer requirement; with Project Management team
• Participate in Procurement Activities – purchasing, performance (include OHS)
• Participate in Tender activities – scoping; with internal stakeholders
• Introduce New Products & Methods
• Plan & Follow up: Quality & Performance
• Follow Up & Control of Vendor Quality & Budget
• Apply Service Delivery Process & Models
