 We have been talking about the importance of new and fresh paradigms for the church. We saw how we are living caught between two worlds, two kingdoms, two realitiesa paradox Hopefully as you contemplate God is giving you understanding

 of the sons of Issachar who had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do 1 Chr.12:32 These were part of the transition team that helped Israel transition from the house of Saul(flesh) to the house of David(spirit). They were known first and foremost as WARRIORS equipped for war

 We MUST have this understanding to act wisely right now. Then He also said to the multitudes, Whenever you see a cloud rising out of the west, immediately you say, A shower is coming; and so it is. And when you see the south wind blow, you say, There will be hot weather; and there is. Hypocrites! You can discern the face of the sky and of the earth, but how is it you do not discern this time? Lk.12:54-56

 If you want a HARVEST you must know the times and seasons! I know many are calling right now the time of harvestbut the paradox is that this is the time of pruning and grafting. This is a time of PREPARATION.

 Do not misunderstandthere is some harvesting going onGod gives us little tastes to create in us an appetite for MORE! This harvest that is coming is like nothing we have ever seen.

 Your sons shall make haste; Your destroyers and those who laid you waste Shall go away from you. Lift up your eyes, look around and see; All these gather together and come to you. As I live, says the LORD, You shall surely clothe yourselves with them all as an ornament, And bind them on you as a bride does. For your waste and desolate places, And the land of your destruction, Will even now be too small for the inhabitants; Isa.49:17-19

 In order to FULLY benefit from Gods pruning and loving discipline, we must recognize the season AND the place we are in. Some of you are in a place of hiddenness, a place of wilderness right now. The enemy has tried to tell you that you are here as a form of punishment, he has tried to pull you into a negative paradigm.

 While we do not enjoy wilderness experiences they are very beneficial and positive if we obey God in them. They serve to train us and prepare us for a new move of the Holy Spirit. Now these things befell them by way of a figure [as an example and warning to us]; they were written to admonish and fit us for right action by good instruction 1 Cor.10:11

 Their lack of understanding caused a whole generation to be lost TO the wilderness. Gods purpose was to TRAIN them and PREPARE them to be warriors to take their promisebut they failed. you shall remember that the LORD your God led you all the way these forty years in the wilderness, to humble you and test you, to know what was in your heart, whether you would keep His commandments or not. Deut.8:2

 Look at vs. 3 and it will give you a whole new attitude about the wilderness. We only see the dark side who led you through that great and terrible wilderness, Which part was great and which was terrible?
