 GUIDELINES ON THE OPENING OF CLASSES
1. Follow/Observe School Health Protocols
 Fill up Health Declaration Checklist
-Kindergarten-Grade 3 (School Triage)Main Gate
-Grade 4-6 (Classroom Triage)
 Wear of Facemask
 Observe Social Distancing
 Eating while talking in front of others is strictly
prohibited
 2. Wearing of School Uniform is NOT a
mandatory
4. Parents/Guardians need to accomplish
School Triage Form
5. Parents/Guardians should stay at the
designated waiting area & strictly observe
social distancing (school covered court)
6. Unauthorized person is NOT allowed in
the school premises ) to avoid
contamination.
8. For the first 2 weeks after Opening of
Classes, Kindergarten parents/guardians
are allowed to accompany their children to
the adviser
9. Parents/Guardians concerns will be
entertained ONLY during BREAKS except
for emergency cases (follow protocols)
10. Parents/Guardians should attend
scheduled Homeroom Meeting, Assembly
