IRAQI GOVERNMENT INTEREST
During June 2024, our representatives have contacted The Office of the Ambassador in the Iraqi Embassy, and we
discussed our desire to open a manufacturing and assembly facility in or adjacent to the City of Baghdad.
We spoke with Mr. Mohammed Alfityan with the Office of the Ambassador of Iraq.
Mr. Alfityan stated that “you will do well in Baghdad. You will only have one competitor and every government
official needs armored vehicles. They trade them out every year”.

KEY PERSONAL & ARMORED VEHICLE EXPERIENCE (page 1)
• Mr. Henry has worked with FBI Bomb Squads, U.S. Marine EOD (Explosive Ordnance Disposal) at Camp
Lejeune, North Carolina.
• He has also worked in the final testing phase at the U.S. Department of Energy Idaho National Laboratory
under Dr. Henry Chu, testing a novel formulation from Armor Systems International that absorbs explosive
blast energy in milliseconds.
• Mr. Henry also participated in armor development during those years at Lawrence Livermore National
Laboratory, working with Don R. Kennedy, the foremost expert on shaped charge warheads, Mr. Kennedy
developed most virtually all of the shaped charge warheads on U.S. missile arsenals from the 1950’s to the
early 2000’s.
• Mr. Henry had the privilege to with and receive advice, counsel and direction from Mr. Milt Finger of
Lawrence Livermore Laboratory. Mr. Finger was one of the leading military technology developers in the
world of weapons science.
• With Northrop Grumman, Mr. Henry developed RPG warhead flight capture technology working with Mr.
Bill Kincheloe and Mr. Don Kennedy. Both of these individuals developed the U.S. Army Claymore Mine.

KEY PERSONAL & ARMORED VEHICLE EXPERIENCE (page 2)
• Mr. Henry also participated in research studies at Stanford Research Institute studying the science around the
Toyobo’s vaunted Zylon (PBO) a liquid crystalline polyazole fiber that ultimately failed in the market-place
due to UVA damage.
• Mr. Henry participated with General Electric Turbines as a consultant in 2010 to develop a lighter and more
effective Turbine Blade Off Containment Technology. This technology was studied and tested at the
University of Daytona`s Hypervelocity Impact Testing Labs.
• Mr. Henry’s novel use of woven carbon fiber combined with polyurethane expanded foam reinforced
structural matrix integrity. The woven carbon fiber was pioneered and patented by Brigham Young
University.
• The above combined with UHMPE (ultra high molecular weight spall liners) significantly reduces the
weight of the blade-off containment shrouds (nacelles) on airliner turbine engines.
• The technology achieved a 50% weight savings and prevented turbine blades from catastrophically
piercing the sides of airliner fuselages.
Confidential 11
KEY PERSONAL & ARMORED VEHICLE EXPERIENCE (page 3)
• During his ownership and as a co-founder of Armor Systems International developed and patented a novel self-
sealing fuel tank coating for the U.S. Army in conjunction with BASF and HIT Technologies.
• The Army was losing 200 gallons an hour out of each bullet hole from roadside attacks in Iraq during
the Second Gulf War.
• These roadside attacks caused the loss of over one third of the U.S. Army`s fuel due to attacks and caused
many U.S. Soldiers to be killed due to fires created by these attacks.
• This technology protected fuel tankers by self-sealing and self-healing the sides of the fuel tanks when
bullets and explosive IED’s (improvised explosive devices] penetrated the tankers hulls, and allowed U.S.
Army Fuel Tankers to leave Camp Doha in Kuwait and safely navigate the Iraqi highway’s, carrying vital
fuel cargoes to Army and Marine Corps units during the Second Gulf war.
• The bullets and shrapnel from attacks would penetrate the fuel tanks, but the polymer science introduced
and designed by Mr. Henry would close around the bullet holes and reseal, keeping the fuel inside the
tanks. It became a sole source, National Emergency Contract and according to the U.S Army
spokesperson`s comments “saved many lives.”

TECHNOLOGY & INNOVATIONS
• AFAV will crate or containerize the kits and either fly or marine ship the product from Port of Houston to Al
Basra, Port of Iraq, via CMA CGM (Container Loads Only). CMA CGM is the number one shipping company in
Iraq.
Confidential 13
NEW TECHNOLOGY
• Mr. Henry has extensive experience, as well as patents, in new armor technologies and has utilized that
experience by designing armor and explosive suppression technologies> He also has patents in self-
sealing fuel tank polymeric armor protection developed for the U.S. Army for combat zones.
• Approximately 1,500 Army Tankers were successfully completed under a unique “National Emergency”
sole source contract for $30 million dollars.
• Recently, Mr. Henry has recently developed a lighter weight armor (LWA) for civilian armored vehicles.
• LWA ‘s technology advantage is that with less weight it can defeat a robust 0.50 caliber BMG.
• Similar weighted older technology armored vehicles can only defeat a 0.30 caliber BMG.
• To our knowledge, LWA is completely unique in the civilian automotive armor market worldwide.
Confidential 14
NEW TECHNOLOGY (continued)
• Mr. Henry has pioneered an exclusive vehicle mine protection technology that eliminates over half of a
road mine’s explosive over-pressure and 90% of the flame propagation stemming from road mine
explosives.
• Mr. Henry developed and tested this live saving technology with FBI Bomb Squads, U.S. Marine
EOD, DOE, and to also meet U.S. Court House Anti-Terrorist threat mitigation requirements.
• Mr. Henry is currently developing a new exclusive tire protection system that automatically deploys when
bullets puncture a tire in an ambush situation. The technology will self-heal the puncture and inflate the
tire, while running speed. No other tire protection technology like this exists in the market segment
currently.
