Attached is the COT rating sheet covering Q1 through Q4, which is my second
objective. Having received a score of seven under indicator two, I can confidently
say that I have fulfilled the requirements and can effectively include reading and
numeracy teaching and learning activities. As an example, during my lesson during
observation, I had my students read the provided text regarding cyberbullying and
they were to use a bar graph to determine the total percentage of people who
experienced cyberbullying between 2010 and 2013.

6 for my COT 1 and 7 for my COT 2 to 4, indication 3 stresses the successful use of
different teaching methodologies to encourage critical thinking, creative thinking, and
higher-order cognitive skills. I created a lesson plan that contains comprehension
questions, performance assignments with instructions and rubrics, and summative exam
assessments that cover both lower and higher-order thinking skills. Furthermore, I focus
implementing real-life applications of the lesson to enhance the students' learning

Using the assessment data, I have taken into account the frequency of accurate responses to
address the subjects' least learned competencies. The data above shows that, out of the thirty
students in my class, the least learned competencies in the subject of empowerment were
obtained by 3.33%, UCSP by 46.67%, and PAGBASA by 66.67%. This implies that the
teacher actively gathered, examined, and interpreted a range of assessment data—tests,
quizzes, assignments, and observations—in order to evaluate students' performance and
comprehension. It also emphasizes the significance of applying data-driven decision-making
to continuously enhance both specific teaching strategies and more comprehensive
educational initiatives, guaranteeing that they successfully support students' learning and
development.
