 THIS SECTION CONSISTS OF TWO QUESTIONS FROM WHICH CANDIDATES ARE
OBLIGATED TO ANSWER EITHER QUESTION 1 OR QUESTION 2.
 EACH QUESTION CONSISTS OF TWO PART QUESTIONS: 1(A), 1(B); 2(A), 2(B).
 THIS SECTION OF THE PAPER CARRIES 10 MARKS WHICH TRANSLATES INTO 14.3%
OF THE TOTAL MARKS.

 AS I HAVE ARGUED ABOVE, THERE IS NO DISPUTING THE FACT THAT THE OUT OF
