Request for Proposal

Purpose
The Purchaser intends to select a Bidder to Procure, Implement, Operate and Maintain the GovDrive- Storage as a
Service. The purpose of this proposal is to offer a seamless and hasslefree solution for organizing work by
deploying a file storage and synchronization service to 50 lakh Government officials across Ministries,
Departments, Statutory Bodies, Autonomous Bodies, Judiciary, Commissions, Constitutional Functionaries,
Bureaus, Agencies, and Apex Advisory Bodies of both Central and State/UT Governments in India. The platform
will provide extensive features such as comprehensive file search, file and folder management, encryption,
download and restore options, and synchronization of documents across various devices like desktops, laptops,
mobile phones, and tablets.

Location
The National Data Centre (NDC) in New Delhi at Shastri Park will
be the primary location of GovDrive, while the Near Line
Disaster Recovery (NDR) of the service will be at Bhubaneswar.
