OBJECTIVE

Develop a Diagnostic Tool to create a computer based tool that can detect ASD in
individuals by analyzing by SVM (Support vector Machine).

INTRODUCTION
• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) it is a neurodevelopmental disorder
condition characterized by social interaction , communication , and
repetitive behaviors .
• Factors affects the Development of ASD are Genetics , Neurological
Factors , Brain Development , Environment .
• identification of the ASD is the delayed movements, Epilepsy or
seizures and some of Gastrointestinal issues etc …

Support vector Machine ( SVM )

 SVM is a supervised learning algorithm that aims to find the optimal hyperplane
(decision boundary) in a high-dimensional feature spaces that best separates data
points into different classes .
The hyperplane is chosen such that it maximizes the margin between the classes,
marking it an excellent choice for binary classification problems.
SVM use for classification Data because for High Dimentional Data, Effective
Seperation , Global Optimum.

CHALLENGES
• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) detection using Support Vector
Machine (SVM) we face some challenges they are :
• High-dimensional data.
• Small sample size.
• Imblanced data .
• Interpretability.
• Generalization to different population.
