ANALYSIS
Existing System Manually collect the contacts information of campus members. Contains mediums such as television, radio, and the Internet which presents performance challenges.

Proposed System
Members of the institution have to get registered. Administrator will send online SMS to the registered members in the institute. Mobile users view their mobile content in downtime while at home, traveling, in a meeting, or waiting for an appointment. Mobile advertising presenting performance opportunities.
