Pilot project for landless people 50 families (for 2 townships) -total fund 80,000 usd -Housing loan 37,000 usd 700-900 usd/house for land and house -Grant for basic infrastructure 10,000 usd 200 usd/ house for toilet, septic tank,share water pump -city fund 33,000 usd can implement around 30-40 units. -repayment with in 5-6 years 900 usd/house With 20% interest.
House cost 300 usd. :repayment in5 years: 20,000-15,000 kyt per month [20usd.]
One pig[20,000 kyt]+6 month+food from resturant = 200,000 kyt -20,000kyt[small pig]=180,000 kyt= saving 30,000 kyt/month = repay for house 20,000 kyt +saving 10,000 kyt

Levels Level measurement was based on the TBM, taken on the top of box culvert at RHD RL=100 m
Basically the site is located on the low land, with the height of 8 10 feet above the sea level
The average level is 0.81 m (1.64 feet) lower than the higway.
Existing house on the site, a temporary structure which is made of bamboo and tin-sheet material.
Existing buildings on the site There are 3 households exist on the site, since they are not permanent, they can be adjusted to the Mandartala Housing Project.
Settlement pattern of the rural areas in Bangladesh: during rainy season approximately 70% of the country is flooded. In general the areas for infrastructure are built on filled up land, higher than the field level.
