make good use of time in college is to prepare an efficient plan for achieving your goals.

Your

goals are accomplishments you work toward or strive for, they are things you want enough to spend your time, effort and money to achieve them.

GOALS, MOTIVATION & NEEDS Your Goal gives you life direction.
Example: if your goal is a college degree, this goal will guide you in making decisions about spending time going to classes, spending effort studying, and spending money on tuition and textbooks.

do you define a NEED? Needs are requirements for survival or growth Maslow suggests that everything you do in life is for a purpose of satisfying needs. There are five basic Need Levels Needs on the lower levels must be fulfilled before you can move on to the next level.
