Team Work is the unification, integration, synchronization of the efforts of group members so as to provide unity of action in the pursuit of common goals. It is a hidden force which binds all the other functions of management. Management seeks to achieve co-ordination through its basic functions of planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling. Co-ordination is the essence of management and is implicit and inherent in all functions of management. The process of working collaboratively with a group of people in order to achieve a goal. Relating my points with the movie, team work and coordination is clearly shown in the movie where Bhagat singh and his partners plan about the murder of Capt. Saunders. Bhagat singh, Rajguru, sukhdev and Chandra shekar azad coordinated the assassination of Saunders, the person they believed was responsible for lala laj patrais murder. The planning was so impeccable that these revolutionaries were able to run away from the scene of crime and save themselves for the latter part of the independence war. We know what happened after that. They disguised and save themselves in Lahore. Later they threw bombs in the assembly and communicated with the whole nation.

Conclusion
Bhagat Singh and his team were excellent managers with great vision and will power to fulfill their vision. We have learnt a lot from this movie and I hope everyone watches it back home. The other points that we werent able to discuss here are about Will power, motivation, ideology, managing conflict, fighting for a change , resilience and determination. All these qualities which are necessary for any great leader and which Bhagat singh possessed.

Dil se niklegi, na mar kar bhi, watan ki ulfat, meri mitti se bhi khushboo-e-watan aayegi ( Even after my death my love for my motherland will not diminish from my heart. Even my ashes will smell of your (motherlands) greatness and love).
