Mr. Chio & Mr. Dev were involved in leading 5 member group on QC Groups aim was to make presentation @ National QC Convention to be conducted in 6 months in Jodhapur Group said that in next 1 month they will brainstorm & give solutions to the problem

During brainstorming group excitedly contributed with different ideas They met at coffee shop He enthusiastically came up with ideas & discussed pros & cons Took up Downtime free division as their objective Though it will improve productivity, it will call for close synchronization with the maintenance people Identified steps to make their goal a reality

Asked his group members to come to office Circulated sheet with all ideas the members had come up over the week Told to tick from the list Discussion went on for 5 hrs, each member stating how his choice is the best At the end, could not come to a
