Types of Data
The Data used in our survey is collected first hand by questionnaire method ( Primary Data). Consumers were interviewed about their Choice and preferences.

The Questionnaire was made up of thirteen questions. All the questions were analyzed thoroughly and some of the important questions are handpicked and presented in detail in succeeding slides.

Most of the consumers prefer to shop in Big Bazaar only in comparison to other shopping 4/7/12 malls.
By analyzing the data we have found that most the people prefer manufacturers brands ,more than the Big Bazaars own brand 4/7/12 .

According to the consumer responses, television advertisement and internet & offer leaflets scores top in spreading awareness about Big Bazaar among the 4/7/12 people .

Observations
By analyzing the data there are certain observations we have found as follows :q In comparison to females , males shop more often at Big Bazaar . q Most of the people who shops at Big Bazaar belongs to the age group of 18-45 years (adults ). q According to the responses, we found that the middle class and the upper middle class people shops more at Big Bazaar rather than the lower class and the higher class people of the society . q Most of the people are aware of the Big Bazaars own brand. q According to the survey manufacturer's brand is more price effective than Big Bazaars own brand . qAccording to the survey responses , the customers like the products more than the services.

the Consumers which are as follows :q Outlet should be more spacious . q Cash counters should be increased . q Quality of the apparel brands should be improved .
Our Opinion
By analyzing the data we have certain opinions that are as follows :q There should be more brands under apparels . q There should be more categories added such as electronics and consumer durables . q employees should be given more qualitative training focused on customer relationships. 4/7/12
Conclusion
By collecting and analyzing the data , we can conclude that Big Bazaar is the most the preferable shopping center , so it should try to focus on customers suggestions and implement it to make it better and most popular in all over India .
