Kairee Systems Pvt. Ltd. is a part of Kairee Group
Aryan Imaging & Business Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (Aryan) is sister concern of Kairee systems and is a part of Kairee Group.

Aryan is a provider of Document Management, Record Management, Workflow Systems, Business Process Outsourcing Services & related Software Development.
In just 8 years since inception, we have revenues of 250 million INR with year on year growth of more than 100%. Aryan was incorporated in April 2003 and headquartered in Pune. Aryan is a private limited company which was formed by a group of 3 independent first generation entrepreneurs Anand Gugale, Preyas Annachhatre and Mukul Barmecha.

Services (DMS) Operational in 10 telecom circles across India. 53 offices spread in 40 cities across India. Manage complete end to end process - Pickup, Audit, Data Entry, Scanning and Storage. Scanning capacity of more than 300,000 documents per day. Large base, have scanned more than 70 mn forms. Total warehouse space of > 60,000 sq ft with total cartons capacity of ~175,000.

Authorized resellers for document imaging products like scanner, representing leading brands like Kodak, Fujitsu and Plustek scanners. Authorized reseller of the Remark Office OMR software in India.

Kairee is a name derived from Raw Mango. As the raw mango is a fun to eat, similarly Kairee is a fun to work with, and as the raw mango translates into a ripe sweet mango like by all, similarly Projects delivered by Kairee translates into sweet results for our clients.
Kairee Systems worked as a brand under Aryan Imaging and was then formed as a separate private limed company in Oct 2009. In the first year of operations, Kairee has done a turnover of 18.1 million INR and is poised to grow year on year.

Initiation- We evaluate the proposal and determine the difficulty in carrying out a designated task. Analysis & Planning- System analyst analyze the document sent by client and convert it in to technical specification. Requirement Specifications-Identify all the stakeholders, take into account all
their needs and ensure they understand the implications of the new systems.

Design- Database design, project architecture design and preparation of WBS.

Development Process
Development-Coding according to standards and unit testing. Testing-Quality analysis team test the project functionality and user interface according to requirement document.
