RESEARCH TYPE The type of research which is used it this report is descriptive. RESEARCH TOOL In this research we have used telephonic and face to face conversation for getting the result.

With the collected data, it is seen that most of the people like to trade with offline account, and they dont want to go with online account trading just because of the less knowledge of the online software provided by the company.

FINDINGS
With the research we have come to know that 64% people know about the shares as a instrument for investment. Main purpose of investments are higher returns & liquidity for the respondent. People have less knowledge about share khan, as only 62% people know about this firm. People want to invest their money in the security market but they havent the proper knowledge.

LIMITATION
Lack of awareness of capital market Some respondents are unwilling to talk. The lack of information sources.

SUGGESTIONS

MORE BRANCHES- Need to open more branches to be a topper in market because it has allowed distribution network. LESS TIME- They should try to make some arrangements to reduce account opening time by verifying documents at branch it selves. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION The company should focus on the customer satisfaction not on just taking money from their pocket.
