Information about company

Established inthe year1982 by Mr. M.R. Tilwalli. Started with repairs & maintenance of older systems. The flagship product of the company :Torque Motor Controller . Later the company started making products like Thyristorized DC Drive, Vibrator FeederControllers, Timers, SSRs, other Machine Dedicated Controls, etc. 4/18/12 Now, it has emerged as the leading system

Problem due to POT Controlling is done with Single pot control instead of

triple pot on single shaft. Because of it structure problems are occurring which causes wear and tear problems. Motor is still running due to internal noises even if at zero reference.

Relation between delay and firing angle Ac cycle frequency= 50Hz Time period for 1 cycle=1/50Hz=20ms
Time period of half cycle =10ms 10ms=180 Degree 1ms=18 degree So delay of 1ms gives firing angle of 18 degree
