Problem due to POT Controlling is done with Single pot control instead of
triple pot on single shaft. Because of it structure problems are occurring which causes wear and tear problems. Motor is still running due to internal noises even if at zero reference.

Relation between delay and firing angle Ac cycle frequency= 50Hz Time period for 1 cycle=1/50Hz=20ms
Time period of half cycle =10ms 10ms=180 Degree 1ms=18 degree So delay of 1ms gives firing angle of 18 degree
