Preambles

The drawing where the drawing no. FNP/BL/0205/F01-04 shows the layout of the fire fighting system.All quantities are all provisional subject to remeasurement upon combination construction of the said item. The fire fighting system to be excuted by the contractor in accordance to Jabatan Bomba Malaysia requirement and approval. All wiring to brickwall and soffit of ceiling shall be concealed unless otherwise stated and all wiring above ceiling space of roof level shall be in galvanised iron conduit and coloured by red. The item of this bill not fully described and the rates shall be held to include for all short running, bend,tees,joints,valve,reducer,backnuts and the like.The contractor must allow for testing fire fighting system and handling over the test certificate to the architect. The contractor shall be provide for obtaining all necessary plan.
