Through the art activities, young children will develop their hidden abilities and skills. Most importantly, however, children will also develop an appreciation for the art of other people and cultures, and the confidence to express their own thoughts and feelings through art. Far from creating individual prodigies, this integration of making and enjoying art in the early childhood classroom will result in the "all-sided development" of the children participating.

Materials -Printed picture of Jack and Jill -Glue and scissors Procedure -Photocopy different pictures of the main events in this nursery rhyme. -Cut out the images and scrambles their order. -Pupils arrange the pictures from Jack and Jill according to the correct sequence. -Discuss the correct sequence of events after all students finish to arrange the pictures.
