Toxic Worry
Lack of human moments create worry Some worry can be good, but toxic worry can lead to failure.
Anecdotal evidence compiled by Hallowell over 20 years suggests that a deficit of the human moment damages a persons emotional health Other studies have shown that supportive social relationships boost immune system responsiveness and prolong life after heart attacks Scientists hypothesize that in person contact stimulates two important neurotransmitters: dopamine and serotonin
Conclusion
The human moment can help reduce the vagueness and confusion of electronic communication. It develops confidence and trust as only in person meetings can. Reduces the toxic worry, mental fatigue and disconnection associated with the excessive use of electronics. We cannot move forward successfully without preserving the human moment.
