Receiving Feedback
Seek out feedback and use it to improve your own performance. You will become more successful in your position if you view receiving feedback as an opportunity for learning and growing. Dont become defensive while receiving feed back. Dont take the criticism of your ideas as criticism of yourself. Remember rejection of your ideas is not rejection of yourself Encourage participants to give response Thank for response and feedback
Giving Feedback
The purpose of feedback is to guide the student toward successful performance and critical thinking. speaking feedback- you can ask open ended question to know More. you can clarify question at the spot. Written feedback- you can take more time to make it more proper. you can be more detailed. this is the permanent record or evidence. you can take help for others.

Group Feedback:
Who gives us feedback? What kind of feedback do we get? What kind of feedback is difficult to receive? Have you ever received feedback that is confusing or unclear?
Types of feedback
1) Positive feedback 2) Negative feedback
Positive Feedback Giving positive feedback appropriately can be a real student motivator. Do it, Do it, Do it, Do it, Do it, Do it Practice makes perfect, so give feedback often.
Dont just wait for the big successes. Congratulate small successes as well.
Negative feedback
give than positive feedback. It can make both the instructor and the student feel uncomfortable. Negative feedback should not result in the student having hurt feelings. Negative Feedback Public or Private? Answer: PRIVATE No one wants to receive negative feedback in front of others Ex: Use another area, or a lowered voice to communicate negative feedback privately.
Give the feedback as close to the event as possible. Negative feedback gets weaker when you wait.
