She has exhibited her work locally, nationally and internationally. A forty years retrospective of over 100 works at the Richmond Art Gallery in January 1998 reflected her artistic development over her long career. The lavishly illustrated book "PNINA GRANIRER: Portrait of an Artist" by Ted Lindberg (Ronsdale Press) was launched at the opening of the exhibition and a film by the same name was launched in 2005 on BRAVO!TV.
The Trials of Eve, a major work of 12 mixed media drawings has been widely exhibited, published as an award winning limited edition book and a softcover. A film based on this work was first shown at the FIFA in Paris, on Knowledge Network and other venues. The work is now in the collection of the Glenbow Museum in Calgary.
In 1993 Granirer co-founded Artists in our Midst, the first Open Studio Walk in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Her 2001 exhibition at the Yukon Art Centre in Whitehorse introduced a new, experimental group of works on clear mylar and a collaboration with dancers, who danced around in inside her pieces.
Granirer has shown in Strasbourg, France, in the US, in Prague, at the Museo Fondacion Eugenio Granell in Santiago de Compostela, Spain, in Coimbra, Portugal and in Museo Allende, Santiago de Chili. In 2010 one of her works from the permanent collection of the Yad Vashem Museum in Jerusalem was included in the major exhibition ‘Virtues of Memory; Sixty Decades of Holocaust Survivors Creativity’, on show for 18 months.
Her works are found in numerous private and public collections, nationally and internationally
